THE PROCESS 

Getting to Know you

  • Initial free meeting to discuss your ideas & provide any advice. 

  • Agree terms of appointment, services & fees

  • Identify the site constraints 

  • Develop the design brief defining your aspirations & requirements

  • Appoint consultants & arrange site survey

Design Stage

  • Carry out measured survey of existing

  • Production of design plans and concepts

  • Progress your design with BIM, 3D visuals, hand drawings 

  • Preparation of planning drawings

  • Submit planning application to Local Authority once drawings are signed of by client

Pre Construction

  • Liase with planning authority on clients behalf for the aim of approval

  • Discharge of any conditions following approvals prior to site start

  • Production of Detailed ,technical drawings for building regulations and construction

  • Deal with and negotiate tenders if required

Construction

  • Administer the building contract

  • Make regular site visits to check compliance

  • Completion & handover
