Preparation of planning drawings

Submit planning application to Local Authority once drawings are signed of by client
Pre Construction

Liase with planning authority on clients behalf for the aim of approval

Discharge of any conditions following approvals prior to site start

Production of Detailed ,technical drawings for building regulations and construction
